Responsibilities ♥

Shape the SEO strategy of one of the world’s leading e-Commerce players
Drive a very analytical approach to SEO
Define and prioritize the key initiatives for onsite optimization
Coordinate across different teams to drive initiatives both on- and off-site
Own the implementation and roll out of SEO initiatives
Prepare executive communications on SEO strategy
Evaluate and select tools for measuring SEO success
Develop training material for the teams that will be involved in SEO
Support Fab’s digital PR to make best use of our PR activities
Coordinate the efforts for high quality back link building
Manage relationships to external partners
Standard techniques such as keyword research, coaching on copy optimization, URL re-writes, link building among others

Skills/Requirements

You are a highly technical SEO expert
You have experience and a proven track record in search engine optimization using white head techniques
You are committed to ethical link-building strategies
You are a highly analytical thinker
You have knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript (knowledge of Ruby is a plus)
You have deep project management skills
You are able to drive change
You are a good communicator and can work well in teams
You have the potential to build a department from scratch and lead people
You thrive in a global working environment
