AKT is currently recruiting for a Foreclosure Assistant for our Anchorage office. AKT is the leading provider of foreclosure services in Alaska. As a Foreclosure Assistant, you will be responsible for document tracking and monitoring of events associated with foreclosure matters. You will be responsible for responding to client messages and requests in a timely matter. Accurate data entry and the ability to multi-task through interruptions is a must. This is a high-volume, customer-service oriented position.

• At least two years of office or related experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, experience with Access is a plus). Strong interest in working with computer software applications.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Ability to work independently and as a strong team player
