Position Overview:

Analyst having experience in Collections, Accounts Receivable, General Finance

Responsibilities:

o   Manage AR aging, by reviewing report to make sure it is accurately populated in alignment with client training materials

o   Runs Collections Mail Merge

o   Runs Remittance Mail Merge

o   Prioritizes accounts with High Risk status and over 91+ AR

o   Assists with Reconciliations

o   Shares variance analysis of AR Aging week on week

o   Coordinate annual sharing of Certificate of Residence – digital and physical

Requirements

o   Has worked on AR Collections; or has previously played the role of an AR Specialists.

o   Work Experience: 3-4 years

o   Possesses leadership qualities.

o   Has good oral/written communication skills

o   Microsoft Office – excel, ppt etc

Physical & Other Requirements:

·        Should be based in Delhi NCR

·        Flexible work hours (May be required to work in EST hours
