Position Overview:

Analyst having some experience in Collections, Accounts Receivable, General Finance

 Responsibilities:

·        Apply Cash within 7 days of receipt or request remittance detail                 

·        Chase for Payment     

·        Keep AR Aging Updated with relevant status, notes and follow ups

·        Manage Tax    

·        Alert client of Issues and Risk             

·        Reconcile Accounts to ensure complete payment

·        Action Customer Specific Invoice Changes

·        Complete Write-offs and create Agent Kissflow Commission offsets

·        Complete Vendor and tax forms to receive payment.

Requirements

·        Has understanding of AR Collections; or has previously played the role of an AR Specialists.

·        Work Experience: 1-2 years

·        Has good oral/written communication skills

·        Microsoft Office – excel, ppt etc

Physical & Other Requirements:

·        Should be based in Delhi NCR

·        Flexible work hours
