SUMMARY:

The Assistant Manager of Sales Operations is primarily responsible for defining managing and executing key sales support programs and metrics-

To do so, the Manager will work with Marketing and Sales Leadership to understand (or, when needed help define) key processes, roles and responsibilities around prospecting, business development, lead qualification, deal approval and account ownership and translate those activities into the company’s CRM tool (Salesforce.com) and additional SaaS applications to drive efficiency, effectiveness, and visibility. These tools can include but are not limited to: Sales Enablement Tools such as SalesLoft, Zoominfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Marketing Automation Tools such as Marketo, RFP Wiki and collaboration tools, deal approval tools and on-line research tools.

Given the emphasis on digital marketing activities in PRGX’s go to market approach, the Assistant Manager will also lead the effort to analyze the results of leads generated and their conversion to sales.  Ongoing ROI projections will help to shape the evolution of the ongoing digital investment across the mix.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:-

·       Lead and implement the CRM processes & sales tools to be used across the company. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for the production and implementation of standardized reporting across the organization (either automated reports through the CRM tool or custom as needed for specific executive projects) and leveraging Salesforce.com tool.

·       Oversee the administration of the company’s CRM tool, leveraging sales/marketing coordinators to efficiently handle day-to-day administrative requirements.

·       The Assistant Manager will oversee all responses to proposal requests in collaboration with the appropriate internal SMEs.

·       Manage the process to configure and roll-out enhancements and updates to Salesforce.com across the organization, adapting as needed to the company’s sales processes and the roles & responsibilities of New Business Development, Profit Optimization, Client Services and Marketing. 

·       Develop and implement Salesforce.com reports to track group and individual progress and performance.

·       Partner with inside sales to continuously enhance target lists ensuring that data integrity and target focus are aligned with strategic needs..

·       Lead and manage the data integrity throughout the CRM to ensure that reporting and marketing automation are accurate and enabled.

·       Manage and support sales team with projects, including preparation and execution of all phases in a project’s life cycle regarding updates in Salesforce.com and SharePoint.

·       Gain thorough understanding of the PRGX business and go-to-market model with a focus on driving efficiencies through standardization where applicable, yet recognition for the needed differences between geographies, industries and services.

·       Support the overall organizational revenue delivery process by leading regular meetings/calls to quantify current pipeline and opportunities.

·       Act as the key liaison between sales and marketing to ensure that lead generation activity is sufficient and aligned with the current pipeline requirements across business segments.

·       Support execution of the sales processes & programs Globally.

·       Contributes to the success of the organization by helping others accomplish job results; learning new skills needed by the team; finding new ways to help the team.

·       Collaborate effectively with Sales, Finance, IT, Legal and company executives to execute responsibilities.

·       Support Sales team in leveraging sales tools and ensuring both data accuracy and completeness.

 WORK EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:-

·       Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or University required; higher degree and /or education required.

·       At least 5 years’ experience as a Salesforce.com administrator in a global business organization, ideally a tech company

·       Experience in configuring SaaS tools and leveraging Market and Salesloft.

·       Requires understanding of sales processes and linkages to financials. Experience in Sales in a professional services environment is a plus.

·       Effectively teams and collaborates outside of the organization with IT, Finance, and Legal to implement solutions that are holistic in nature.

·       Line marketing experience including branding, communications, and agency management is highly desirable.

·       Effectively builds relationship & trust with business line/service line leaders & executives with a focus on aligning lead generation to the sales process.

·       The ideal candidate will drive towards automation and usage of Salesforce.com vs. developing reports manually.

·       Ability to multi-task and prioritize large number of projects.

·       Strong analytics capabilities, attention to detail.

·       Process orientation.
