THE OPPORTUNITY
As a UI Engineer, Software Development, he is responsible for addressing all escalations & critical product defects related to UI from all Xactly Global Customers. In his role, he is responsible for collaborating with the Product Management,Support and Operations team to triage Critical Customer Issues and upgrades for Xactly Product Suite. He will partner with other Engineering teams in the company to lead and drive continuous improvements related to User Interface in Xactly Product Suite. THE SKILL SET
? Master’s or Bachelor's plus 3 years experience in SaaS based web application or platform development and architecture.

• ?  Solid hands on experience with UI Technologies like ReactJs/AngularJs, NodeJs,CSS.
• ?  Strong commitment to good engineering discipline and process including code reviews and delivering unit tests in conjunction with feature delivery

• ?  Knowledge of Java is a plus.
• ?  Familiarity and experience with agile (scrum) development process.
• ?  Strong written and verbal communications skills—including solid writing, presentation skills & experience.
• ?  Strong commitment to good engineering discipline and process including code reviews and delivering unit tests in conjunction

with feature delivery.

• ?  Self-starter that is results focused with the ability to work independently and in teams.
• ?  Ability to work cross-functionally with other teams and groups
• ?  Ability to design, think creatively, problem solve, and innovate

? Review the escalations from Xactly Global Customer on a daily basis .

• ?  Discussing and building out enhancements in the Xactly Suite products based on prioritization.
• ?  Deeper understanding of the Xactly suite of products.

WITHIN SIX MONTHS, YOU’LL:
? Ensure the best dev practices are being used to solve the Customer issues

• ?  Ensure that we are releasing high quality products.
• ?  Participate and contribute in maintenance and new product development.

WITHIN TWELVE MONTHS, YOU’LL:
? Be an expert on Xactly’s Incent Suite Of products.

• ?  Partner and work cross functionally with other dev teams and the QE team
• ?  Take full ownership of features and processes of the product.
• ?  Continuously think about and work on process improvements for an always high-quality product.
