Role:
The Marketing team at Quickbase is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to drive the Quickbase strategy on paid media, focused on lead generation through paid digital media channels including paid search to engage, educate and convert online prospects. Responsibilities
· Partner with and manage an external agency that supports paid search and media campaigns. Educate and inform the agency on strategy and changes within the organization
· Serve as the subject matter expert for paid search and software review site trends in the B2B space
· Maintain and strategize paid search and software review site budget in partnership with team members, finance, and stakeholders
· Analyze and report on campaigns, funnel metrics and use those inputs to draw both quantitative and qualitative conclusions that shape the business
· Partner with marketers and stakeholders to strategize and execute multi-channel campaigns across markets and buyer stages
· Partner with web and solutions marketing teams to execute A/B tests to continuously improve conversion rate
· Derive, package and communicate learnings from paid media channels as inputs to go to market teams for optimizing messaging, content enhancements and investments, Web content development and other areas.
· Align SEO and paid search efforts to maximize rankings while delivering top of funnel lead gen goals.
· Support and execute paid media for ABM programs as needed for lead gen
Key Skills/Experience:
· 5+ years in managing paid media, both directly and managing an agency
· Analytical and data-driven decision making
· Communication skills across internal and external teams
· Proficiency in B2B, tech copywriting to develop, review and ensure ad and landing page copy is consistent across digital touchpoints for top of funnel journeys
· Growth mindset to continuously evolve our digital marketing tactics and presence
· Eagerness to learn as digital trends shift and evolve
· Strong partnership and desire to work in a cross functional, team environment
· You have worked with Agile or similarly iterative delivery teams
