In this position you will recruit, train and guide Agents in an assigned territory in matters of sales, underwriting and reunderwriting, profitability, agency management and related matters. You will serve as a company representative in maintaining favorable Policyholder relationships. A bachelor’s degree or successful completion of the IIA General Insurance course or LUTC I and II is required. Other approved insurance courses will be considered in lieu of those mentioned such as CIC, CPCU and CLU. Two years of insurance experience is necessary. The District Sales Manager will work from home and will service the state of Maryland and the Washington D.C. area while reporting to our Silver Spring, MD Branch Office. Use of a company car is provided along with our other excellent benefits.
